eDesk, Slovakia's public administration portal for document management, serves a wide range of users, including citizens and legal entities. As the platform became mandatory, Lighting Beetle was tasked with gradually improving user experience through iterative design and testing. We guided the client through the entire process, from idea to delivery, with a focus on consistency and usability. Our approach included workshops with stakeholders, gathering user feedback, and prototype testing, all underpinned by a unified design system. The result is a continuously optimized, user-centered digital service.
