About the project

Refresher, a leading lifestyle platform and trendsetter for young audiences in Slovakia, aimed to better understand their audience and boost long-term subscriptions. Lighting Beetle was tasked with creating data-driven personas by analyzing over 1,800 survey responses and conducting in-depth interviews. We identified three key personas and explored their motivations, frustrations, and perceptions of Refresher. The project involved a mix of quantitative and qualitative research, including cluster analysis and user interaction testing.

The final delivery included personas, strategic recommendations, and a customer journey map, providing Refresher with actionable insights to tailor their content and improve audience engagement.
