About the project

Tatra banka sought to offer a new value proposition to attract young customers and boost sales of their current account. In a 3-month project, we identified opportunities, prototyped solutions, and developed a new savings concept. We started with user research, conducting in-depth interviews with 50 young customers to identify trends and opportunities. A Design Sprint with key stakeholders led to the creation of the new savings concept, which was validated through quantitative research. The final solution is now integrated into Tatra banka's digital ecosystem.
